Artemis Handling and Operation:

The hospital agrees to designate trained and qualified personnel to perform fusion Prostate Biopsy procedures on the Artemis platform. The hospital will adhere to all operating and safety guidelines provided by AIMTS.

Site Requirements:

The hospital must provide a dedicated and secure area for the Artemis, ensuring protection from environmental factors and potential damage.

Installation and Removal:

AIMTS will be responsible for installing and removing Artemis from the hospital premises. The hospital agrees to ensure that the designated installation area is accessible and ready before the scheduled installation time.

Security Measures:

The hospital commits to implementing security measures to prevent unauthorized access to Artemis. Any suspicious activity or damage to the Artemis must be immediately reported to AIMTS.

Transportation:

The hospital will ensure a suitable facility for loading and unloading the Artemis platform and provide parking space for the transport carrying Artemis, including overnight stays. The Artemis will be stored in the biopsy room of the hospital, and a green card for installation/removal and entry/exit for transport will be provided to avoid delays.

Training and Support:

AIMTS will offer the hospital-designated technician the necessary training for operating and handling the biopsy at Artemis. By accessing or using the services provided by AIMTS through this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
